Warehouse space: Technical details.
Space
The building is constructed from the highest quality construction and insulation materials. The warehouse space available for lease totals 13,050 m², and the facility has 12 loading ramps for unloading and loading goods for trucks and semi-trailers, as well as 3 ramps for vans.
The approach to the building and the loading ramps is concreted, making maneuvering of transport vehicles very easy.
The parking area is located directly across from the building and is designed to accommodate truck and semi-trailer parking with a capacity of 15 spaces, plus passenger car parking with a capacity of 50+ spaces.
In front of the building itself there is also a large yard area that can be used as up to 500 m² of outdoor storage space.
Interior
The interior height of the facility ranges from 10.8 m to 11.2 m. The flooring is industrial-grade ferroconcrete with a minimum load capacity of 3 tonnes, making it suitable for handling heavier goods and heavier forklifts. The doors on the loading/unloading ramps are automatic.
Within the warehouse itself there are four fitted-out office/administrative areas, each approximately 20 m², with their own separate restroom facilities. These spaces are intended for warehouse operatives, for meal breaks, rest periods, and personal use – depending on individual preference.
These described areas are positioned at a distance from one another, due to the considerable spaciousness and length of the warehouse.
Other
The facility has 400 m² of commercial space right at the entrance, intended for offices and logistics.
In case of emergency, there are 18 fire exits. Fire safety is regulated and ensured by a sprinkler system.
There are no storage racks in the warehouse at the moment, but this can be arranged later. The warehouse is designed for triple stacking of standard Euro pallets.
We have a FiberPro optical internet connection (10/10 Gbps), with a direct fiber link and symmetrical speeds — meaning that both uploads and downloads are equally fast.
The facility has its own dedicated power supply – a 630 kVA substation – which can also be doubled if needed.
